Welcome
Greenway Plaza now offers our customers a conference room facility as part of our commitment to meet the needs of today's businesses. Conveniently located within the Shops at Greenway Plaza, customers may reserve the conference room located on the concourse level near Three Greenway for a nominal fee.

Meetings, Employee Training, and Team Building Activities
The conference room is perfect for your next employee training session! Conduct meetings on a larger scale and avoid tying up your own facilities all day long. The management office will be happy to help you plan your meeting or event.

Who May Use Our Conference Room?
The conference room is available only to Greenway Plaza customers. Groups may not hold fundraising events, offer items for sale, or charge admission while meeting in the conference room.

Hours
The room is available during normal building hours on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and after hours on a case by case basis. Greenway Plaza observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Reservations
The conference room is reserved on a first call, first serve basis and customers are required to complete a facility agreement for each reservation at least 48 hours in advance. The room is not considered reserved until a facility agreement is completed. To place your reservation request, please fill out our online form.

Rental & Clean-up Fees
After an agreement has been signed, your contact at the Management office will confirm your reservation. All costs incurred as a result of renting the conference room will be billed to each customer along with their monthly statement. Be sure to consider any set-up and break-down time you may require when scheduling the conference room.

* Current rates will be honored for events already booked and contracted for 2009. Events may be booked no more than 6 months in advance. Advance bookings for 2009 have a cut off date of May 31, 2009.

Cancellation Policy
No fee will be incurred for meetings canceled within 24 hours prior. However, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for meetings canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

• Projection screen on stand (70" x 70")
• Two-sided whiteboard (on casters) with markers

Food and Drinks
You are welcome to bring and serve food and other light refreshments. If you opt to have a full-service catered event, your Management office can assist you with the logistics. However, alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Restrooms
Restroom facilities are located just outside the meeting room in 3 Greenway Plaza.

Phone
A desk phone is located in the room (in the northwest corner) and may be used for local calls.

Internet Access
Devices equipped with Wi-Fi capability will alert you to the presence of a Wi-Fi network. Verify you are connected to the correct SSID, labeled "Greenway".

Room Configuration
Conference room seating for up to 90 people or 250 standing. Arrangements for desired room set-up should be made at the time of reservation. Please refer to diagrams of rooms for detailed layouts. (click title for layout diagram)

• Conference Style (Conference 1, Conference 2, Conference 3) - Seats up to 40
• Theatre Style (Theater 1, Theater 2) - Seats up to 90
• Training Style (Training) - Seats up to 40

Audio Visual Equipment
The conference center does not supply any audio visual equipment. Please remember to bring necessary microphones, speakers, projectors, computers, etc.

General Reminders

• Equipment or supplies may not be stored within the conference center; please plan accordingly.
• Schedule the conference center early to ensure availability.
